At that price, the Swisshotel is worth serious consideration--it's a hotel that's been around quite a number of years but is kept up pretty well and has a steady stream of foreign visitor clientele (and medium-term residents in their apartment section). It's not as luxurious as the other hotels on your list but should be adequate for most tourists. It is conveniently located right on top of a main subway line which gives handy access to most of the major sights.
