My call bell was ignored for 10 or so minutes and I'd have forgiven them (as I understand they're busy) if the other aspects of the service was better, but alas, it was average at best.
Agree on that, 10 minutes is unacceptable especially in a premium cabin. CX does generally have great crews, but I have noticed some crews leave a lot to be desired.
