I think that is exactly what it is. Much less competition for upgrades than in the past.
In the good ol' days I could upgrade some transcons and my TPACs. Now I can only do my TPACs and even those run out prior to the end of the year.
Which I am sure is what AC want(s/ed). At least there is PE so I stress less when the upgrade doesn't clear.
Although, they need to fix PE a little bit but that is something for another thread
