Hi does anyone know a number to call at LHR5 for BA luggage. Last Saturday I flew to Brussels and my luggage did not arrive. I was promised on numerous flights that it would arrive and it didn't. On Tuesday I flew back to be told that the luggage had just been sent to Brussels even though I told BA Gold line that I was returning. It is now Friday and still no luggage. I cannot believe with airport security that luggage can be delayed for so long. Also BA have not offered any avios compensation for what is now a 6 day delay. Any advise on who to contact?
