Had my first stay there as a newly linked MR Platinum a month ago. Was upgraded from a Paris style room to a Urban room with rooftop view (two categories up). Really liked the design of the hotel and the staff was great.
If you like classical elsassian food I can recommend Chez Jenny (39 Boulevard du Temple), they serve a great choucroute.
For patisserie I would recommend Du Pain et des Idees (34 Rue Yves Toudic).
