Stay at the Ritz
It's touted as the No.1 luxury hotel in Berlin, opened last year and seems to be more than oppulent. Saw a report about it on TV recently and it looks great!

The Adlon is the "Grand Dame" of Berlin, and the location a few steps from the Brandenburger Tor is perfect.
