Follow-up:

I DMed the Hyatt Concierge here on Flyertalk and Max (very expeditiously!) stated that Chase UR transfers into Hyatt STILL DOES count as activity that would keep the Hyatt account current.

Max said he would have his team review (and presumably clarify) the new FAQs.presumably
