UA Award Ticket -- Who is responsible for missed connections?
I've booked an award ticket in J, on NH LAX-NRT connecting TG NRT-BKK. Only 60 minute layover. If for some reason I miss the connection (guess I don't let to lounge this time and have some noodles!), who should I contact/who would rebook me?
