Making reservations at restaurants are reserved for Premium package or Diamond members to my knowledge (i was a platinum that tagged along a diamond). For this they actually check your bracelet color. Otherwise they say first come first serve. If you go to dinner before 7pm, you should be fine as we didn't have a problem getting a table and the resort was full during Thanksgiving. For the hibachi table, we made reservations and people were turned away as we arrived for a 830p hibachi table. We didn't run into this problem but i'm sure a five or ten will get you in as if you had a reservation .
