Well it's the turn of the "up" escalators from the shops to be off today. Loads of people, self included, hunting to find a way up. Obviously none of us had ever used the lifts and weren't aware of their existence. Don't understand why we couldn't use the stopped escalator as normal stairs (no-one was working on them), but suspected some kind of H & S edict.
