Morgo the framework of the website is probably already set up, but not online yet.
For it to be activated it needs input from the DUB office! With six months to service start QR are probably still recruiting staff and it takes time to train them!
I am quite sure that a sale is the last thing on their minds at the moment.
To you, and to all those demanding a sale, I would suggest that patience is needed and that these things will happen when they happen.
