Hi,

I understand some of the frustration here dealing with MH even when you have premium cabin.
Am currently in Malaysia and doing a few domestic flights up-front. For one of my flights, after several flight changes before flying due to schedule change, on the day before the flight checking in, I saw that I was suddenty moved to the last flight of the day and when enquired what happened, I was given mutiple reasons, including
- flight cancelled
- flight was full
- no idea
- I did not change my ticket

I was in Langkawi at that time, and MH shifted the ticketing counter to Firefly (again initially given wrong info by check-in, they said MH has no ticketing office, but luckily I read the notice and saw in fact Firefly took it over).
The staff help and promised have it settled - since my flight was departing soon, I trusted him. Upon arrival into KUL, tried to check in again (for the correct flight), I found that my reservation did not exist.

Called the call center and had the same routine and excuses as above - and after 1 hour, only managed to get the ticket settled into the correct flight.

For me the irritating parts are
- how is it that staff has no idea if a flight is cancelled or not
- how can a confirmed ticket be just changed as they like.
- why does it take so long to do this if there is space available.

Anyway, service onboard is still good and friendly as what I know.

Another point: during the day checking in @ the First counter for this domestic flight, and the agent did not say anything that the flight before was delayed (and I could have gotten on to it - but because I had checked in bags - I could not do it @ the domestic lounge).
I find this to be rather un-customer friendly. The check-in agent could have offered this without asking. In the end I arrived at my destination about an hour late because of late incoming aircraft.
