When I look at this and I realize AA EXP hotline/service is still a good benefit sometimes, because if this happens with AA they would probably be able to do almost whatever I want (may take a few HUCAs, but still.) But maybe DMs get this too here.
1. Yes, it is a 160 revenue business class ticket.
2. MPC did say they could put me waitlist on CX 251 but this is not fair to me! I booked a confirmed ticket but it turns into waitlist now??? It is totally not acceptable!
3. Being a GO, this is the first time CX turned me down!
