They're on sale now. I've just priced up DUB to SIN in Nov 17 on the Qatar website at around Euros 2,500 so no opening sale prices loaded yet.
Yes you can buy tickets now. They were not on sale yesterday morning.
Also, Dublin doesn't come up when you try to search under the 'Redeem my QMiles'. As I have some miles to use for a single flight from the UK back to Doha next summer I would be keen to spend a day in Dublin and fly from there. Will have to wait until they release some award seats.
