If possible you want to make the entire spend so that all 42K CPQP post to our account in 2017. That will give you 42K CPQP so you need 68K more for companion pass.
I only see options where Marriott will let you transfer up to 140K Marriott points for 50K Southwest points so you would still be 18K points short of companion pass and would have to transfer another 70K Marriott points for 25K Southwest points to get you over 110K.
Using the above scenario you would be transferring 210K Marriott points to Southwest for 75k CPQP.
You would be Much better off doing a vacation package and getting 120K Southwest points plus a 7 night hotel stay for 60K ( 270K total Marriott points) more Marriott points
