I booked a few biz class tickets for a family trip, than about two hours later changed my mind on the dates and called their CS number via google voice. It took about 45 minutes to get the date changes done, but they did get done with the fee paid for changing the tickets. I know the accent of Malaysian citizens, and the CS was def not a Fijian but an Indian Malaysian.
