To be fair, one does have to wonder if they actually ever plan to bring it back considering that the notice has been on their website for something like two years now.
After logging into my Professional account the other day, I saw a notice about something that might affect some users that was going to happen in Oct 2016. So BMO is obviously not fastiduous with removing outdated notices from the Diners club website. They apparently "like" to leave an expired notice there instead of having no notice there.
