Stayed here for 2 nights recently. Great HR for points in Tokyo. Location is right next to a sub way station. Took me sometime to figure out the shuttle from Shinjuku station. Concierge was great help and overall hotel staff was very helpful n courteous. Will def stay here on another visit.
