Depends how you define... based on my anecdotal observations, SFO-JFK is nearly always sold out upfront but loads in the back can vary dramatically. My guess is most folks upfront are on biz/OPM, so on a relative basis it would qualify here. I think LAX-JFK gets a bit more leisure/connecting traffic.
