As always, pricing the itineraries on ITA gets a good quick check of this.

BOS-LHR-BOS in WT+ has a YQ surcharge of US$200.00.

BOS-LHR-BOS in CW has a YQ surcharge of US$828.00.

And there you have the most likely culprit.
