Not sure how much time buffers you have built in, but with all those flights, you are asking for trouble. Also worth keeping in mind that AA may be able to squeeze a single flyer onto another flight in case of a missed connection... a family of four is a completely different thing!
My final point is that "First/Business" with AA Domestic is just glorified economy, and by no means a flat bed.
My view... You ARE bonkers, and should be sectioned to the TP run section of FT

I put quite a few buffers in. We have an overnight in Sofia and 24 hours in Madrid before the main ticket kicks in, so we should be fine there. We also have an overnight in MCO before going to St kitts.
The outward journey is the part im also not looking forward to, but the way back is in comparison much easier and also has buffers built in.
Of course something could go wrong, but the places that it could happen we are protected on 1 ticket and we do have good family travel insurance!
