On my recent LAX-HKG flight on CX economy, I was directed to Qantas
First lounge (being EXP). This was my first time to TBIT after renovation
and I went to Business class lounge first and they directed me to FCL.
They welcomed me and a guest without any issues. Amazing lounge
and food. Service was spotty and not very attentive...
