Not saying it is. Seem to missing the whole point. It's not your or my place to berate someone for not living to our social norms. In the case of nudity if it offends call the police. Even if nudity perse isn't illegal, there's other laws that can be used. They can determine that. It's ok to have PDA here, but in most middle eastern countries it's not. Point is you don't have the right to berate someone just because you don't like their norms. At most a simple suggestion. If they ignore it, then you've done what you should limit yourself to.
