Just tried submitting for another flight that I completed about 6 hours ago. This is the erroneous error message I get from Bags on Time:
"The trip confirmation # with the departure city and date were not found. Please click back and try your request again."
You might want to try calling. I had no problem having the agent add the miles with the same issue on the website.
