It's always worked fine in the past, but two days ago it refused to take the correct info I was submitting. I ended up talking to Delta internet support person for 10 minutes. She concluded that the bag arrived on time, which it might have (borderline) -- and no points were given. But there is clearly something broken with the the Bags on Time website.
