I'd had an extremely long day and didnt feel like dealing with it so i just shoved his arm off and handed my ticket to the agent and boarded.
Come to think of it, a JFK GA did stop me one time when I went to board a flight to LAX in D1. He scrutinized my BP and asked for my ID. It's the only time I've ever had this happen.

I wonder if it was just a random security thing, or that the GA didn't believe that I was supposed to be in D1. I believe I was a GM at the time.
