Do you have status with JMB? Just give them a call and ask them for help. They could definitely contact the inventory control for you.
I don't usually wait list for flight award but for upgrade I had seen mine clear sometime as close as 1 day before flight but that's before the rule changes and I made the reservation 3 days before departure
So there are still hope. Also I would check again 21 and 14 days out.
