Flew MSY-LAX on Saturday with several workmates. Baggage was borderline late so, as usual, I submit a Bags on Time form to see how I fare. Not one of us could successfully get the form to work, just got a message that the confirmation number and date did not match.

I tried on my laptop later and no joy. iPhone, Android, PC all had the same result so I called and the rep could see that there was an issue and sent it off to the technical department. Tried again today and still nothing, anyone else experienced this?
