Premium grade fruit that sells for a high price and is worth shipping as air cargo rather than by sea. I would often sit in my window seat at GIG and watch the pallets being loaded and wonder about the cost of such methods. I'm talking about winter peaches and mangos and the like, which spoil quickly but sell at a good price, unlike, say, bananas, which can be picked when green and left to ripen via slow sea routes.
