SFO-CDG returning FCO-SFO cost around $37 per ticket in fees. I was told the person whose name is on the voucher has to pay the taxes (both when I held the reservation and actually called back to pay), but others have posted that that is not the case. I cannot find the thread yet, but it is one of the longer ones, as I recall.
