Does that also work if I have a business class roundtrip award but all the legs from departure to first stopover are in economy ?

eg: YUL-YYZ-FRA in AC coach; stopover for a few days; FRA-IST in TK business;....
Do I get to be put on waitlist for Business for the YUL-YYZ-FRA segments ?
