It has been 18 hours since I purchased the ticket, but no ticket has been issued yet. Multiple posters here said that the 24 begins when eticket is issued. But you are the Evangelist and you say clock starts with purchase, but "if you call in, you have 24 hours after moment of ticketing"
What does that mean in practice? Call in and tell them what?
