No, Comair has some 737-800s in British Airways livery too.

As far as I can see on a quick check, the current "British Airways" 737-800 aircraft are:-
  • ZS-ZWG
  • ZS-ZWI
  • ZS-ZWP
  • ZS-ZWR
  • ZS-ZWS

ZS-ZWG was the aircraft that operated the trial flight to HLE back in April.
