How big a difference is it between J and F? My wife is flying LHR-SFO in a few weeks and is currently assigned 6K. There is upgrade availability into F using miles + copay, and I was wondering as to how big the difference is. Thanks.
It's significant on this aircraft, more so if you're in the middle 4.
F vs 6K, the two biggest differences will be (1) direct aisle access / no step-over, and (2) lots of personal storage space at the seat vs. literally zero personal space. And of course the GFL at LHR.
I would definitely be tempted. I don't like this aircraft at all in BF. They really jam you in there.
