The health risk is serious and the menu should list the common allergens. BK does it for all there items: https://www.bk.com/pdfs/allergens.pdf . United does it for some of their economy products: https://www.united.com/web/en-US/con...gredients.aspx . But I haven't seen one on the menu or a link for first or Polaris.
