Chicken Tikka Masala..... is a dish of roasted chunks of chicken tikka in a spicy sauce.
Considering how this dish has become such a part of British identity, it's definitely appropriate to put it on the menu of LHR-LAX. Misspelling it as "chicken tikka marsala" is just downright embarrassing. Imagine if a foreign carrier had offered a "wagyu hambourger" to us Americans.
