There are so many other choices available in Italian reds that are drinkable now like a baby Brunello aka Rosso Di Montalcino or a vino nobile di montepulciano that is drinkable now for a lot less. If I was on that flight I would try to take the bottle home and age it for 10 years rather than try to drink it on board. What a waste.

Don't get me wrong I am really appaulding the changes, I am a big fan of the good to great concept or in the case of the Polaris product mediocre to competitive, so one thing I would do is make sure my nice new menu was correct.
Chicken Tikka Masala..... is a dish of roasted chunks of chicken tikka in a spicy sauce.
Chicken Marsala......an Italian-American dish made from chicken cutlets, mushrooms, and Marsala wine.
It's all about the execution
