One other nitpicky thing, that I'm curious about from those have flown Polaris business class. Is how they referred to the food any more dignified that it used to be?

To explain, like the previous post the dinner choices have these nice proper names. For example, "Chicken Tikka Marsala" or "Lemongrass Salmon". I can think of no exception when the staff on board would just simply break this down as the "chicken" or the "fish".

I know this is very minor, but every time I talk food choices I feel like they are breaking this down the most basic terms for the galley, leaving me feel like its a cafeteria.

I can assure you that after flying in business most places I can easily get over this. But when I compare it to the group of business class offerings I've flown such as NH, TG, SA, EK, SQ, SK or LH, this feels like they just want to throw food at you as soon as possible.
