There is often a line at the Demel but they are fairly good about keeping it moving. Note that there is often a separate and frequently shorter line up the staircase you will see on your left as you enter the front door. Noticing this saved us a decent amount of time, and they repeat the pastry display upstairs as well, where it takes up an entire small room.
