Et voila. Add to that the problem that they cannot be trained alongside experienced WW staff and the general 'rumour around the brand' about BA as an employer and you'll be flying a McDonalds that looks like a gentlemen's club.

Edited to add: which is fine by the way. BA's prices are low (*from the EU) and their lounges are a cut above the rest. I have no problem with the relationship between price and quality on BA. They can screw up the coffee service and address me the wrong way. As long as my seat works and they offer something closely resembling food.
