"Just about managing" is in the Zeitgeist in the UK. That is what BA are doing:just about managing to offer an F class service that the crew just about manages to deliver in the same way as, at the other end of the product offering, BA are just about managing to compete with the U2s and DYs of this world. Don't expect excellence (or for that matter abysmal performance at the other end): just about managing is what they do.
