Just dug up this Thread ... had the same "passport check" message this afternoon when printing our BPs for JER-LGW-CPT on BA.

Didn't happen in Sep doing JER-LGW/LHR-IAD, but I guess the passport gets scanned often enough in the processes anyway.

Whatever.
