Honestly. You can not expect that BA CC are top notch and at the same time be willing to pay a lot less for your CW+ (because that is really what it is!) ticket than with other EU based airlines.

Unless you are willing to pay more or support the increased use of ex-EU cabin crew arrangements you will not get a Michelin star service. Not even close.

If they had allowed new crew to work alongside experienced crew, thing mights have been better nowadays but that is not the route BA have taken. So either accept it or move on. BA is not horrible but it isn't perfect either. Bragging rights for flying BA F have been withdrawn a while ago.

I am sure that it is worse for the crew who have to endure these cost cuttings on a 'daily basis*' and who also preferred they were offering top notch service.

* It may be worse for people like CWS and Orbitmic who seem to fly more per year than any crew member would be allowed to.
