Hi all,

Flygoddess booked in for a BOM-LHR-GLA flight and, when online check-in opened, 11 of the 12 over-wing emergency exit seats are shown as free on the seat map.

But even though a shadow appears on "mouse over", as it does with the other free seats, the system won't let her book.

Is this a glitch, or is it because she is Blue, or is it because it is an AA redemption?

MMB will not let her change the FF Programme from AA to BA - perhaps because she has flown the outbound. Never thought FF would be important on a reward flight.

Presumably she will be able to select at the airport since she will have a 12 hour advantage on other Blues!
