From Wing F go back outside and there are a set of lifts (near lenscrafters) that take you straight down to L4. (Instead of walking all the way to the QF lounge side).

On L4, it is easy to walk over to the gates that have the bus to the satellite terminal.

It is easier to walk over to the other side of the terminal on L4 than on L7.
