Miami Beach, Little Cuba
My personal favorites were Miami Beach & Little Cuba. Traveling with kids, why not rent a taxi/limo & take the family on a mini tour? It might cost $100 but a lot better value than a day rate at a hotel. Parking is horrendous.........another reason to hire a driver.

MIA has public transit - but - when I took it, I had to wait 45 mn for the next departure - and - it does not service Miami Beach.
