Hi all

Always feel it's the decent thing to do to post positive experience, especially when negativity seems to dominate the first page of threads.

Despite thinking I was over it, my sinusitis situation deteriorated on the return flight from JFK. Head, nose and ear pain wasn't particularly pleasant. After speaking to the cabin crew, 2 ladies in particular really went out of their way to look after me with medication and one even prepared me a hot toddy just before landing.

I'm a firm believer in not taking these things for granted.
