I'll wait it out. I believe their tech support is all in Mainland China and off for the weekend, so I'll call back during normal business times in the US. Online banking is huge for this one because there is not an automated line when you call the card's customer service number. Employees are friendly, and I now know what they're asking for in the information, but I would prefer seeing all of the information online and receiving paperless statements too.
I actually had to repeat it a few times because I made the mistake of not waiting long enough for the code to come and I ended up using a code that I invalidated by requesting a new one. It took about 3-5 minutes for each code to generate. So, if you tried it again I don't think it'd be an issue.
The online banking system looks like it's from 2000, but you can see all your transactions, register for online statements, make payments, etc. so it does what it needs to.
