Looking at booking Taipei Marriott for Dec 29/30/31 and rates are of course insane being New Year.

On my on dime, and will pay cash if I can source some kind of rate that shaves the Rack Rate down a bit. (No point redemption rates seem to be available?) Am a legit Senior but that does not seem to deduct much off.

Am Marriott Gold so at least will get lounge access, and if Sharon or others have some inside track solution please let me know!
