No power points in Club Europe? Food From metal tray?

I like most of my BA Long Haul experiences.. KUL, EZE, HKG... but in Europe they seem to have given up. Staff in CE amazing and fun.. Product disgraceful.

T5.. to be avoided..

BA losses because they pivoted to accountants running the show. There is no one with passion to run an airline managing.
